Bob Hutchens is a senior wholesale mortgage Account Executive at Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions. Bob is an expert in non-QM lending and serves as a reliable consultant supporting mortgage brokers and correspondents in Southern California.

Bob is a dedicated leader here at Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions and was one our first account executives in 2013 calling on brokers. His favorite thing about Angel Oak is the specialization in the non-agency segment of the market.

When he isn’t busy pre-qualifying loans he enjoys playing guitar, the ukulele, and cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones. In today’s challenging market, Bob has the experience and knowledge to help borrowers make their dream of owning a home a reality.
