Tommy’s enthusiasm for the mortgage and real estate industry is evident in his dedication to the non-QM space. He values the ‘common sense’ approach to underwriting, recognizing the potential in finding solutions rather than walking away from viable loans. The non-QM products, in his view, provide a clear path to closing more loans, and this has been the highlight of his career.
