Suzie De Leon is a seasoned professional in the ever-evolving mortgage landscape. Her genuine affinity for real estate finance is rooted in its transformative power to help others achieve their goals. Suzie is committed to empowering originators with the programs and tools necessary to help more clients, find solutions and close more deals.

Suzie’s journey in lending commenced 23 years ago when she stepped into the role of a loan processor. She transitioned into a loan officer/broker in 2003, moved to the retail side as a Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo in 2010 and in 2017 joined global private wealth management firm UBS, as a mortgage lending specialist. She values having learned the mortgage business from the ground up, navigating its ever-changing environments.

Outside the professional realm, Suzie finds joy in sharing experiences with family and friends. Her downtime is often filled with travel and local adventures to places like Tahoe, Napa, outdoor activities, and fulfilling the role of team mom for her son’s sports. As a Bay Area native, she passionately cheers for her hometown teams—The 49ers, Warriors, and Giants.
