In 2017, he ventured into the outdoor product design space, focusing on archery, a beloved passion.

Outside of work, Steven embraces an active lifestyle in a state rich with sports culture, supporting teams like the Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Green Bay Packers. An avid archer and bowhunter, he enjoys fishing, paddle boarding, and boating. Steven thrives in the city life, residing downtown with his wife and two boys, actively coaching their baseball teams and relishing community engagement.
