Rubina Sarwal proudly serves mortgage professionals throughout Colorado, bringing four years of real estate experience and a passion for building strong client partnerships to her role as an Account Executive at Angel Oak.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Rubina earned her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her career began in digital marketing before pivoting to real estate, where she spent the last four years focused on closing and diligence for equity opportunities with third-party investors. This transition was driven by her desire to have a more direct impact on homeownership and create meaningful opportunities for clients.
Rubina joined Angel Oak to make a difference for underserved borrowers while working in a culture of excellence and collaboration. She thrives on the industry’s ability to transform lives through homeownership and is committed to helping originators grow their business by delivering highly differentiated non-QM solutions. With Angel Oak’s innovative offerings, Rubina equips originators to expand their client base and navigate evolving borrower needs.
Outside of work, Rubina enjoys playing tennis—a passion since age five—exploring new cuisines (and recreating them at home), and spending time outdoors hiking and skiing with friends and family.
