Kim Guilder proudly serves mortgage professionals throughout Virginia, bringing over 20 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of the local market to her role as Senior Account Executive at Angel Oak. 

A seasoned expert in real estate and non-QM lending, Kim’s career began in loan origination and evolved through roles as a Realtor, new construction sales consultant, and account executive. With extensive experience in Bank Statement loan products for self-employed borrowers, she has built strong relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondent lenders, helping them grow their business through strategic insight and reliable service. 

Kim was drawn to Angel Oak by its commitment to exceptional client service and its proactive approach to finding solutions. She thrives on helping originators succeed, always advocating for their needs and equipping them with the tools to close loans quickly and efficiently. 
Outside of work, Kim enjoys golfing, traveling, listening to live music, and spending time with family and friends.
