We Save Deals For Non-Warrantable Condos!

In case you were not aware, Agency has added new and stricter requirements for condos. If you have a loan scenario where your borrower’s condo is deemed non-warrantable or does not meet Agency guidelines, send it to us.  

Here is an excellent example of why you should: An originator called us just recently because their borrower’s condo fell out of Agency. The HOA did not meet new Agency restrictions.
