Three Ways You Might Be Able To Add To Your Volume

Expand the services you offer and you might add a few more loans to your books. Here are three suggestions to promote to your borrowers and referral partners that we can help you with:

  1. 1031 Exchange Transactions – Real estate investors use a 1031 Exchange to defer capital gains tax by swapping one investment property for another.   3. Cash-out Refinance – According to HousingWire, 45% of U.S. homeowners are equity rich. CoreLogic reports that homeowners in the U.S. gained over $60,000 in equity per borrower. This is due to historic home price growth across the country over the past few years. Let clients know their equity can work for them helping with home renovations, college tuition, debt consolidation or funding a business. All of our non-QM products can be used for a cash-out refinance.
