PrimeLending, Jason Pippenger Talks About His Strategy Using Non-QM You Might Not Have Tried
In partnership with National Mortgage Professional (NMP), we had the opportunity to interview Jason Pippenger for their Non-QM Mastery video series. Jason knows first-hand the success that can come by utilizing non-QM with Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions. In this short video, he talks about how he has been strategic with non-QM to easily close loans. For example, Agency will not allow certain funds to be used to purchase properties. When these funds make a difference in saving a deal, Jason will pivot to a non-QM product to use those funds and close the loan.
By saving these deals, he has increased volume and referrals. Jason and many other originators have found that by closing non-QM with us, they have grown their business even in challenging markets like today.
