Two years seasoning for foreclosure, bankruptcy, short sale or deed-in-lieu

Platinum Jumbo
Four years seasoning for foreclosure, bankruptcy, short sale or deed-in-lieu

Portfolio Select
One year seasoning for foreclosure, short sale, deed-in-lieu and two years for bankruptcy

Asset Qualifier
Five years seasoning for foreclosure, bankruptcy, short sale or deed-in-lieu
