Brandon Head

Brandon Head supports mortgage professionals throughout the Albuquerque area in New Mexico, bringing fresh energy, a strong work ethic, and a deep-rooted understanding of Non-QM lending to his role at Angel Oak.

Though new to the mortgage industry, Brandon grew up immersed in it—his father, a longtime Account Executive, introduced him early to the world of Non-QM lending. After serving in the United States Air Force as a fabricator in the Metals Tech Squadron in New Mexico, Brandon transitioned into the mortgage space, joining Angel Oak as part of a dynamic team effort with his father. His background also includes hands-on experience in his grandfather’s machine shop, where he helped develop operations for a 3D print division.

Brandon was drawn to Angel Oak by its strong culture and the opportunity to be part of an environment that supports high performance. He’s passionate about helping people get into homes quickly and efficiently, and he thrives on guiding originators through Angel Oak’s unique programs to find the best fit for each borrower.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys Muay Thai, motorsports—especially racing midget-sprint cars – and cheering for his favorite team, the Chargers.
